We visited the hotel in 2019 and had the most amazing time. Super attentive staff. Great, clean facilities. Spacious, spotless rooms. Amazing buffet breakfast and excellent snacks poolside. Swimming pool was perfect. All in all, a fantastic hotel for couples and families. Sorry it’s taken 4.5 years to leave a review! Grazie mille.
Nice Hotel with wonderful rooms and pool area (adult area available). Perfect breakfast with incredible friendly stuff. Bikes to rent for free in the hotel. 5 minutes to the old town by bike (10 minutes walking). We say thank you for the perfect stay!

Due to a death in the family, an earlier than planned departure was necessary for several people/rooms. Booking-dot-com would have agreed to compensation for the nights not consumed, but AQA Palace hotel denied.
You can act like that - ... business- and customer-oriented hotels are doing it differently of course – finding a solution that is satisfactory for both sides is the key for a sustainable success!
A very unprofessional front office lady, Giulia, is informing us on departure that she would compensate us with vouchers, if we had not booked through Booking-dot-com.
Booking-dot-com’s statement: Compensation is quite common in such a case. They would agree to refund, but AQA Palace is categorically refusing.
One of the worst hotels we have ever been in.
We are very disappointed with this hotel.
We got a room that did not look like the room we booked.
At the shower room there is only shampoo and a shower cap.
When we get into the room there was dead bug on the floor.
Be aware that there is an extra charge for using the spa.!!!!!
the only good thing I can say that was good is the breakfast stuff, especially Aurora.

It was amazing! Everybody was very nice, the food was good. Massimo the legend from the catering staff! 🙈 the room was great, we had a Pool view, the one thing I think would look nice is a plant or a painting.
One big minus for me, where the pillows🤦♀️they were very hard. The Wellness Part could be a bit better, maybe with Tee or fruits...
But all in all we had a great 6 day relax getaway at the AQA. I recommend highly!
